•Forget everything you think you know about literature & reading. Set aside likes and dislikes. Either way, you can get something out of it. •Read the material with an open mind & think about it. •Then. Let’s talk. Ask Questions. Have conversation. •Finally, respect the material and respect each other. Most groups & classes are made up of a variety of people & personalities – successful groups are those whose members respect each other and each other’s differences.

I think that Grace Poole knows a little more than everything thinks about Mr.Rochester and maybe it is really bad. like with his work and why he is always gone. That could also be why his vistor came and he was freaking out? maybe he owes ppl things.....?!!
Umm how do we know that Mr.Mason is Jane's dad's brother. I think that Grace Pool know some very important information about Mr.Rochester, maybe some information that could be used for blackmail?
While Grace Poole is an odd creature, she must have some significance because they keep associating her with strange occurances. I think if she was truly a bad person, Mr. Rochester would have taken care of it. He is a man of power. Any time Jane has brought up her name to Mr. R, he does not seem concerned.
Why not her uncle come see her? He probably cared about his brother so why not visit his brother's child?
I think it said something about her uncle going on some trip or traveling somewhere. Maybe he wanted to take her with to see some of the world she normally wouldnt have had the chance to see.
I think that Jane's uncle probably meant to get in touch with her for a while just never got around to it. He was probably too busy making money and suff. Just like Rochester, the more successful you are the less time you have to see friends and family.
